In-house Service centre

CCS boasts a well equipped service centre. Here we build, test and service our own brand Cyclone PCs and Servers. In addition we prepare other manufacturer’s equipment to customer requirements prior to delivery. The service centre also accepts machines of a Pentium III or higher specification that were not supplied by us for repair and maintenance. This service is available to businesses and the general public.

Our engineers operate within the service centre but can also be booked to visit your site for greater convenience.

Repairs submitted to our service centre are usually subject to a turnaround time of three to five days although sometimes work can be delayed due to staff shortages, emergency callouts and other factors beyond our control.
